A short end portion of our famous pork ribs. The "short end" portion of a slab of pork ribs
refers to the smaller, more tapered, leaner side of the rack (usually containing 6 to 7
bones). Served with fries, beans, and cole slaw. Prepared with our traditional style sauce
and white bread, please let server know if you prefer your meal left plain. Sauce is available
on tables or on the side on to go orders.
